These programs are finished, professional-grade, and new to the market. Before they open widely, a small founding group goes through each one — the full program, in exchange for honest feedback and a testimonial.

Burnout Recovery and Regeneration — 5 founding seats

Ninety days, 1:1. A structured recovery program for leaders who are still functioning but no longer functioning well — recover what overload has been stealing, and return to leadership with wiser limits, stronger rhythms, and restored humanity. (Coaching, not therapy.)

Founding clients enroll at the standard investment, locked for their engagement, and receive the founding benefits: the complete program start to finish, direct 1:1 work with me — no cohorts, no handoffs, no junior coaches — plus co-design input, extra 1:1 time, a locked rate on future programs, and first access to everything built from their feedback.

What founding clients give

Candor, and a testimonial.

Structured feedback at the midpoint and at the end — what worked, what didn’t, what to change.
A written testimonial in your own words (a short video if you’re willing), with a signed testimonial release — and your approval of the final wording before anything is published.
Permission to learn from anonymized patterns only. Never your name, never your story, without your written okay.

Who this is — and is not — for

For: directors, VPs, pharmacy leaders, LTC administrators, nonprofit and mission-driven executives responsible for culture — and leaders who are still functioning but no longer functioning well.
Not for: anyone shopping on price, anyone who needs therapy or medical care right now (work with a licensed professional first), and anyone wanting a certificate or credential. This is operating-system work, not coursework.

Every application is reviewed personally, within three business days. Selected applicants are invited to a 20-minute fit call — a selection call, not a sales call — with a clear yes or no within 48 hours after it.

Have you worked with a therapist, counselor, or physician about burnout, exhaustion, or related issues? (This doesn’t disqualify you — it helps me coach you responsibly. This program is not therapy and not a substitute for medical care.) If rest genuinely restored you again — what would you do with the energy?
